If you do not receive an email, call or text from us either confirming or adjusting, your appointment may have not been received on our end!
If you are booking for highlight or color services please consider that a hair stylist needs more time for painted balayage, fashion colors (pink, silver, rainbow, etc), or if you have very long or thick hair. Just let us know in the notes and we can adjust the appointment accordingly! With any questions, please call us at (907) 279-9617 before requesting the appointment and we would be happy to help!

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that life happens!
Please call the salon as soon as you know you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We understand schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled, rescheduled within 24 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” for will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. If you do not have a credit card on file, we will call to collect the charge. We ask if you have extenuating circumstances you give us a call so we can adjust the fee We greatly appreciate your support and understanding.

REFUND POLICY
We do not issue refunds on salon services
However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service(s) you have received in the salon, please notify a salon coordinator within 5 days of your service. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the stylist who performed the initial service, adjustments are made available to you at no cost within two weeks of the initial service.
